Desgining errors of PCB makes it look bad since soldering is done directly on IC legs.
This can insert to the hole with IC legs, and cables can be wired through it.
Use it for checking also.

Recommended through-hole diameter: 0.8 phi mm
Adaptable cable diameter: 0.5 phi mm or less (2 lines can be in)
Material: Phosphor bronze 0.2t
Finish: Sn plating over Ni
For wiring on the soldering side.(Put it with IC legs together.
IC legs should be cut to prevent covering over the hole of terminal
For signal line on the soldering side.
